About

Nigel Cushion BSc (Hons), FRSA, specialises in MENTORING, and works mainly with leaders and senior executives. He has significant personal experience as a leader himself. In the last decade he has held 9 senior NED board roles, including 6 as Chairman. He is the former runner-up in the UK Non Executive Director of the Year awards run by The Sunday Times. Nigel has helped hundreds of mentees ranging from business owner managers to senior executives in blue chip companies. Today as well as a Mentor, he works as an Author, Speaker, and Consultant. He is the Executive Chairman and Founder of mentoring business Nelsonspirit, and is a leadership fellow at St George’s House, Windsor Castle. Recent speaking enagement have included a Commonwealth Conference in Canada, European Union in Luxembourg, and at Oxford University England. He has a life long enthusiasm for business and leadership and for helping leaders grow.
