Nigel has consulted with over 100 companies ranging from owner-managed business, to charities through to listed companies.

Initially, he helped companies to grow their leaders and emerging leaders. He now also works directly with boards on strategy, performance and leadership.

Nigel has worked solo, or can lead a programme team of hand-picked expert associates under the consulting brand, Samphire Management.
